ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT

Ideas made practical.

UAV systems, prototype aircraft and fabricated metal components.

ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN OF UAV SYSTEMS AND AERIAL SOLUTIONS

We develop UAV systems around real project requirements, combining airframe design, prototype fabrication and hands-on flight experience.

Our prototype work for Singapore defence customers covers quadcopters, RC helicopter-based systems and fixed-wing aircraft. Each platform offers a different starting point for development, integration and evaluation.

  • Airframe layouts and practical component design
  • Prototype construction, assembly and integration
  • Mounts, brackets and fabricated metal fittings
  • Ground checks, flight evaluation and design iteration

Fabrication of parts

Reference comparison of a CAD design and a fabricated aluminium component
CAD-to-part reference by Mike1024. Public domain. Not a Catalyst-manufactured part.

Fabrication of parts supports the development of UAV systems and aerial solutions, turning drawings into components that can be assembled, checked and refined.

  • Airframe brackets and structural fittings
  • Motor and equipment mounting plates
  • Payload interfaces and assembly fixtures
  • Prototype parts and small development batches
